- A 14 calendar day ultimatum is given to every customer to return purchases.
- The item must be unused and at the same exact condition upon delivery.
- Item/s must be packed in original wrapping.
- Items must be in good condition (unworn, with attached tags, free from scratches or damages).
- The request for refund or other services requires proof of purchase.
- To return an item, customer must first send an email containing pictures of defects/ issues and order number of the item intended to be returned.
- The customers will be notified that returned items are received.
- You will be updated regarding the status of your request.
- If your request for refund is approved, we will transfer the refundable amount back on your account. The period of payment transmission will depend on your chosen method of payment during purchase.
- Refunded amount will be sent out or reflect on your account after 10 business days.
- The transmittal period depends on your card’s policies.
- Refunding for original shipping fees is not catered.
- All policies concerning to purchase, shipping, return, and refunds are agreed by you upon order or purchase.
