They make a nice lightweight legging to pair with tunics in the summertime. Mine actually hit at mid-calf, though I can pull them up if I want. I am thinking of ordering another pair. The tag says to machine wash, medium iron, no bleach, dry clean, so I expect they should either be dried on delicate or hung to dry. Highly recommended
When I took these out of the package, my first impression is that they looked WAY too small. I decided to try them on anyway, and they stretched and stretched and stretched until they fit comfortably. Normally, I wear a 2X or even a 3X, but the sizing chart suggested they would fit, and they do. I ordered the XXL (20-22).Came a week earlier than expected. Very nice.
I wear these capris under dresses. I am a wedding photographer and sometimes I'm bending over or laying on the ground and I don't want to expose my undies. These are perfect for keeping me covered. Plus the lace detail is nice! They're not super tight either which I hate, because when I wear other leggings I'm constantly yanking them up.
Perfectly thin. Just what i needed. The lace stretches a little but it doesn't cut off your circulation either though. You can pull it up where it gets stuck. Its movable. Im a 14/16 and the xl fit great. They're meant to be WORN UNDER THINGS not as pants. Also great for wear under thin flowy skirts and dresses.
I was skeptical about buying these with the lace banding around the calf - I have rather...large...calves (I guess athletic would be the least derogatory term, but that'd be a lie...there's nothing athletic about pretty much any part of my human.) so I am always having trouble with things accommodating them (boots....oh lord let me tell you what a struggle that is!). But I figured for the price and the fact you get two pairs of leggings, it was worth a shot. And let me tell you, I am so glad I did!
The leggings themselves are soft and comfortable, but be aware they are VERY thin; too much stretching of the material and it's not a pretty sight. I bought these to wear under the dress. But they're there! and they fit great - the banding at the leg is comfortable and stretches just enough to not cut off all your circulation. I bought a size XLarge and hoped for the best - and they're plenty roomy on my average 14/16 person. I am 5'3" on a good day, and they hit just below my knee.
